2. If you were previously registered for paperless billing and/or automated payments, you will need to re-register for these services using this website. We apologize for the inconvenience.
3. For a Payment Arrangement, please contact customer service.
4. A Scheduled Payment or Flexpay will not prevent your account from collecting fees or services from being interrupted. Scheduled Payments, and Flexpay are customer-managed, MWA does not have access to change or delete the pending payments. If you make another payment, you must cancel the pending payment to prevent the additional transaction
